Открытое правительство США: основные идеи и практика реализации

Аннотация


В статье рассматривается набирающая популярность в России концепция «открытого правительства» и её изменение за несколько лет, прошедших с момента её зарождения в США. Данное понятие сравнивается с понятиями «электронного правительства» и «правительства 2.0», рассматриваются их взаимосвязь и различия. Кратко описан американский опыт построения «открытого правительства».
